• Child info (parent-provided): child’s first name and delivery address (used only to personalise and deliver letters).

• Payments: handled by Stripe; we do not see or store full card details.

• Device/usage: basic analytics (pages viewed, approximate location, device/browser).

How we use it (lawful bases)

• Perform a contract: process orders, personalise letters, ship weekly.

• Legitimate interests: customer support, analytics, fraud prevention, service improvement.

• Legal obligations: tax, accounting, compliance.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal data. We share only what’s necessary with:
Stripe (payments), print & mail partners (production/postage), email/support tools, website hosting and analytics providers.

Children’s data

Our service is ordered by parents/guardians. We only use a child’s first name and delivery address for personalisation and delivery. Contact help@epicletterclub.com to correct or delete this information.

International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the UK/EEA. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g., UK Addendum/Standard Contractual Clauses) or adequacy decisions.
